About the Social Club

The Social Club organises events and gatherings for the enjoyment of everyone in the village of Mappleton.

Having a strong sense of community, and feeling connected to it, is a key benefit of living where we do.  However, even in such a small community, busy lives (and a dark street in winter) can mean that we lose touch with our neighbours.  Village events are a great way to get to know the people around us and have some fun in the process.

About Mappleton

So far photographs include the Field Day 2009, Village Fundraising Day 2008, Children's Christmas Party 2007, Pudding evening 2007 & Mappleton Quiz 2007 and from 2006: Children's Christmas Party,the Adults Christmas Party, pudding evening and the fun day - a good time was had by all!  Date last photos were uploaded: 26 July 2009.
